You must be wondering how WAKATIC was born?

It was started by two young entrepreneurs who started as strangers both driven by a shared vision, united by a deep passion for fashion. We crossed paths unexpectedly, and in that serendipitous moment, something clicked.

We saw the same dream of creating a brand that’s not just about what you wear, but how it makes you feel confident. It was in those first conversations, filled with excitement and possibility, that the foundation of our brand was built.

From there, we poured our hearts and creativity into every piece, bound by a common goal to bring unique, purposeful fashion to life.

 But…why name WAKATIC?

We spent days, weeks, even months, tirelessly brainstorming and trying hard to find a name that felt just the right one that truly captured the essence of our vision. It was frustrating, at times even disheartening, as nothing seemed to click. But then, as often happens when we least expect it, the perfect idea arrived like a breath of fresh air.

You remember that iconic scene in Friends where Joey plays a 19 year old boy? Just like Joey stepping into a new chapter with big dreams, we started this brand with the same energy and determination – no experience, but an unstoppable vision.

We really loved the idea of Joey being wacky with Chandler in their flat and that is how WAKATIC was named.
